Notice for Annual General Meeting 2024 (“AGM”)
According to § 9(3) of the MAA Articles of Association, the MAA Executive Board cordially invites you to the Annual General Meeting of 2024 (“2024 AGM”).
The 2024 AGM will take place on 23 March 2024 at 2 p.m. CET at University of Vienna, Universitätsring 1, 1010 Vienna, Austria (HG, Erika-Weinzierl-Saal) and online via Zoom.

Extraordinary General Meeting 2023 (“EGM”)
In accordance with Section 9(3) of the MAA’s Articles of Association, the Executive Board cordially invites you to an Extraordinary General Meeting, to be held by videoconference on 17 June 2023 (“EGM”) at 10:00 – 11:00 (CEST / Vienna Time).
The official Notice for the EGM, GDPR Form for those who will participate, Proxy Form, and proposed amendments to the Articles of Association are enclosed.
Call for 2023-2024 Core Team Applications
The Executive Board is putting out a Call for Applications for those interested in being a part of the MAA Core Team for the 2023-2024 Term. Details on the 2023-2024 Core Team structure and a brief description of each Core Team can be found in the enclosed letter.

Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and Moot Alumni Association are excited to share with you the announcement of a special “digital book project”, to which we hope you will contribute to.
On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Willem C. Vis Moot, the Vis Moot and Moot Alumni Association will celebrate the father and founder of the Vis Moot, Prof. Dr. Eric E. Bergsten, through recognizing and remembering his impact, both personally and professionally, on so many generations of “Mooties”, “Arbitrators” and “Vis supporters” by creating a digital celebration book.
Please find attached the Call for Contributions and the Guidelines for Contributions. Please share these with your relevant Vis supporting community and any person or organization that might be interested in contributing. We would welcome you to post these on your social media accounts and website, circulate them electronically through your mailing lists, and spread the word in any other manner.

Diversity Scholarship Fund
Dear MAA Members,
The AAA-ICDR Foundation has established a Diversity Scholarship Fund, which was made possible through a special gift by the American Arbitration Association.
The fund grants diverse law students/professionals with up to US$ 2,000 of financial assistance towards participation in a degree program or fellowship in alternative dispute resolution or attendance at a well-recognized conference. The mission of the Diversity Scholarship Fund is to encourage diversity and inclusion within the field of ADR by supporting the pursuit of knowledge and skill development through training experiences that encourage inclusive leadership growth in the field of ADR.
